If you participate in the included creative process and the finished work still does not feel right, you may request a refund of the base service price.
How to use the guarantee
- Send your concern to info@monkeyfishsongs.com within 7 calendar days after final delivery.
- Explain what is not connecting so we have a fair chance to address it through the included revision.
- If the revised result still does not satisfy you, request the refund within 7 calendar days after that revision is delivered.
What it covers
The guarantee covers dissatisfaction with the creative quality of the service you purchased. Approved refunds return the base service price to the original payment method. Bank processing time may vary.
What it does not cover
- Repeated changes of story, recipient, lyrics, genre, or direction after approval.
- Materials you lacked permission to provide, or requested content we cannot legally or ethically create.
- Third-party reactions, commercial performance, streaming results, or compatibility with a specific distribution platform.
- Additional paid revisions already completed.
- Rush fees after priority work has begun, unless we miss a confirmed rush deadline for reasons within our control.
Good-faith use
This guarantee is designed to remove the risk from an honest creative collaboration. We may decline abusive, fraudulent, duplicate, or bad-faith claims. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable law.
