What we collect
We collect contact details, order and payment status, selected services, requested delivery dates, questionnaire answers, lyrics, story details, creative preferences, and any links or materials you choose to provide. Stripe processes payment-card details; Monkeyfish Songs does not store full card numbers.
How we use it
We use your information to process payment, deliver your project, communicate with you, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use carefully selected providers to operate the service, including Vercel for website hosting, Stripe for payments, Supabase for private order storage, and Resend or Google Workspace for transactional communication. Each provider processes information under its own privacy and security terms.
Creative tools
Information needed to create your work may be entered into AI-assisted production tools. We limit this to what is reasonably needed for the project and avoid using sensitive personal information where it is not necessary. Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account details, medical records, passwords, or similar high-risk information.
Sharing and publicity
We do not publish your story, testimonial, reaction video, name, or finished work for marketing without separate permission. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or to service providers performing work for us.
Advertising measurement
We use the Meta Pixel on public website pages to measure visits from Facebook and Instagram advertisements. It may use cookies and share page visits and browser or device information with Meta. We do not send questionnaire answers, lyrics, or contact-form fields through the pixel. It is disabled on the private questionnaire and payment-confirmation pages, and automatic event collection is turned off in our implementation. You can manage advertising preferences through your Meta account and limit cookies through your browser settings.
Retention and security
We keep order and project information for as long as reasonably needed to deliver the service, support revisions, maintain financial records, and meet legal obligations. We use access controls and reputable service providers, but no online system can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing info@monkeyfishsongs.com. Some records may be retained when required for payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.
Updates
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date at the top identifies the version that applies.
